Notice to Vacate

Please inform us of your intent to move.

As Tenant(s), you understand that to terminate month-to-month tenancy, you must give thirty (30) days written notice.

If on a fixed lease, you understand that you must provide thirty (30) days written notice prior to the end of our lease.

If you must break your lease you understand that you will be responsible for the rent until it is re-rented, advertising charges, and a break lease fee of 50% of one month's gross rent.
